If you have a Three Point Hitch mounted Cultipacker, try to lift it before making sharp turns.

Otherwise, all the wheels in the soil resist sharp turns, putting great strain on both the tractor's Three Point Hitch and Cultipacker mounting points.

Gentle turns are OK.

Sure--make wide turns.

I've seen some cultipackers that have hydraulically operated transport wheels that are used to move it over roads from field to field. If so, you can use the hydraulics to raise and lower the cultipacker while making turns.

Good luck.
