Thanks for the advise John will give that a try if for no other reason than to see if what it does. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif I am certainly not shaken by this minor issue, kind of funny actually since I caught it before it killed my battery.

Had a relay go bad in the wife's Dodge a bunch of years back while on vacation in FL. It was the relay for the AC and it was June '98, remember how hot it was that year John and all the wildfires? Imagine a bunch of NE Yankees in FL in June without AC, not a pretty site. That was a complete nightmare 'cuz I could not get a Dayona Beach area Dodge dealer to either honor the warranty item or fix it without an appointment made a week in advance(any of them!). Of course I told them I would have been more than happy to have set up an appointment for service in FL a week prior to vacation from NY had I know my AC was going to sh$@ the bed during vacation. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

I'm sure it's a couple dollar part and when I get it diagnosed properly will post my happy fix. In the meantime, borrowed the neighbor's PHD, got to sink some wood today. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Many Kubota folks have had issues with water getting into switches and/or relays and causing their flashers to turn on all by themselves.

Have you recently done a wash job? Maybe underhood washing? I have washed mine and haven't had an unexpected lights on experience.

No wash, but we've gotten slammed w/rain over the last month, over 7" for May so far, like monsoon season. Roads washed out and dams failing all over the place. And I have yet to clear a space in my overcrowded shed for the orange beast. I plan to build a small barn this summer, you can bet I'll plan on a stall dedicated to the 30.

BTW HB I wish you luck with the loader issue, I hope they make good for your lengthy wait. I didn't pipe in on that thread 'cuz I have a Woods loader (just because it was packaged that way on the lot) and it was getting a bit confrontational for me. But I did not take your letter as a rant, more informational for all that may have a similar issue, if I had that loader I would have appreciated the info. Thanks for the heads up on the moisture idea, service guy is stopping by this afternoon to look it over. I'm lucky as one of the mechanics lives in my town (I'm 45 miles from dealer) so he can stop by on the way home. I'm not overly worried about this small issue, more of a puzzler than anything and I'm sure it'll be made right soon.

Lunch break over, gotta get back to augerin' holes to fix my woefully inadequate goat fencing. Pesky buggers! /forums/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Thanks Willie, the tractor is scheduled to eventually get a new boom frame installed. Kioti is trying to take of the problem without breaking the bank.
