This is larger than you mentioned but works well. Go look for the Hy-Reach Tree Shear. I have one and can work up to abouit 14' on my L3130.

Whoa, that sure looks like an extremely dangerous attachment to be using, a limb falling onto an extended boom like that could launch the poor little bobcat over into the adjacent county! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
