Cutter pump C140/FTX140

My C140 cutter pump just went out at about the same number of hours. We're looking to retrofit the Danfoss as a replacement. Any tips or pointers that will help make this major repair a little easier?

I have a GT25 xp and find it better than any other mulcher . I have owned most brands and these seem to be the most trouble free. your thoughts?
