my two cents, sure looks good. I went through a five foot mower of mine this summer. we replaced the blade bolts, replaced the bolts that hold the gearbox to the body. I had it sandblasted top and bottom, and then two coat eboxy on top of primer. They guy who blasted it does TONS of local farm gear.
I was just going to leave the bottom primed, and said No no no. He said, paint it like the top. It will save stuff from sticking and give it a much better job, so that is what we did. My mower is over thirty five years old and now as good as new and much better than a lot of stuff out there today.
