had to put the shelf back in AND above the shelf, decided I'd add yet another brace to back up the bolts, which back up the glue... /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

Wow, that is one stout shower stall. If all your tiles don't crack and pop loose due to all that wood drying up, twisting and bowing, then I'll be amazed. I can't wait to see the finished photo's after you have it tiled. It looks like it'll be nice.

You might as well get a workout while getting a shower. By the looks of it, I would say it would hold quite a bit of weight.
But like I always say, overkill is better than underkill.
