@%$**! DayLight Savings Time

I totally agree with Bob. Although I don't really care after the "spring forward", I despise the "fall back".

I just leave my computer and watch on fast time year round .
I got tired of setting the time on them twice a year !

Who else does not like daylight savings? Why can't they leave it the same all the time, like some states do?

What is this "daylight savings time" that you speak of? :D

Seriously, I can remember when we had it here in Saskatchewan and what a PITA it was! I've lived for decades without it and prefer it that way.

I love DST - I like it getting dark much later in the summer.. I wish we would stay on it all the time..

OR lets move the clocks 1/2 hr and split the difference and keep it year round...

Then nobody would know what time it actually was.....

Here we are a year later...... yet DST still sucks....... !!! I am too busy being retired to have this 'hassle' twice a year... :)

DST gives me the chance, twice a year, to check and see if the clock on my cell phone automaically resets itself. :D

You would feel differently if you lived in the North. On standard time it gets dark pretty early and even with DST the summer sunset is still too early. Someone on the eastern side if the Eastern Time Zone has an hour and change less of daylight than someone in Kentucky. I've lived in both places and DST all year round would be the real answer.
In the old days with a later DST and living in the north or eastern side of the time zone it was painfall to watch the sun set early while you had loads of potential seat time left unfinished while others elsewhere were revelling in the daylight..

So yes, you are right...let's leave it the same time all year 'round---just let it be DST 24/7/12.
