Dealer has tractor havent heard a thing?

I bought a 3525 brand new in July, 15k, and had to have it taken in to look at the PTO. I can engage the PTO but soon as you put load on it it pops out. They picked it up last Monday 10/2 and haven't called me one time to date about whats wrong with my tractor. I've called them 3 times and they always say let me find out and Ill call you back. 1st time a call (10/5) well let me find out i havent been back to the shop to find out whats wrong with it. I'll call you back. okay. Call#2 (10/6) Well I think where waiting on parts I'll call you Monday and tell you whats going on, okay. Call#3 10/9 well he cant figure out why it keeps poping out but soon as I hear something I will call you and let you know. So if he's waiting on parts does'nt he know whats wrong with it? HORSE____!! I HATE THIS RUN AROUND BULL_____!!!

Mahindra wouldn't consider making and selling smaller tracs by any chance? Anything from a small but quality diesel mower (like Kub GR2100) to a BX-size SCUT?

Yes, I'm serious. In fact I was just thinking of posting a general question about this (i.e. why is it that "lesser-known" brands don't seem to compete in these two categories which are exploding due to the tens of thousands of folks who buy themselves a MacMansion each year and have a the dough to get the "better" stuff as opposed to your Home Depot pretend-garden-tractor.

I'm sure glad I bought a Mahindra.

My tractor will get it's 50 hour service next week. Absolutely perfect so far, and the best tractor I've ever owned -- and I've owned a bunch in the past 40 years.

Great dealer too -- D&G Equipment, in August, WV. After reading horror stories about filter prices, I was very pleasantly surprised. I haven't picked them up yet, but I think they told me the fuel and oil filters were about $7 and $9 each. She said the hydraulic filter would be more. But, I think I paid close to $50 for the Allis Chalmers/AGCO hydraulic filter for my last tractor, so anything better than that is good.

There is a model 1815 coming out soon, I believe. I don't know if it is a cut or subcut.
