Maybe it's just me, but I don't see much difference between his response to you and your response to his response, other than his was the first one.

I agree with proudestmonkey. I don't see how most dealers have stayed in business. I could write a book on my negative experiences over the past year looking at the big three. I have a small list of decent dealers but really small.

You can't relay on what a salesman says about anything having to do with service. I think that you went to the wrong person and over reacted to what he said. I may have felt the same way, but go back and talk to the right person, the service manager. Your Kubota is an off brand to THEM and ANY dealer would much prefer to work on the brand that they sell and that is basically what he said.
