I recently had a problem with my loader control valve on my 3 year old Kioti CK27. I sent a PM to Rick Wallace (Wallace Tractor and Equipment) and promptly received a helpful response. After receiving suggestions from his parts man Don, I was able to resolve the problem. I will now include some attention to this at regular maintenance intervals and hopefully avoid further problems.
I found them to be very helpful and it is appreciated.

Loren,
As I've documented here on TBN, I've had my fair share of issues with my 2011 CK30. What makes all the difference in the world is having a good dealer. My dealer has been excellent and I have met some excellent dealers who have offered help and advice here on TBN. Thanks for your post, it's always good to give a shout out to the good dealers

The detent on my loader valve was not working - I was not able to let the bucket float. I was advised to remove the cap on the front of the loader valve (under the brake pedal side on the driver platform) It is the closer of the 2 caps and is held by a couple Allen head screws. I had to remove and soak the inside of the cap to release the small balls that were stuck. It took a few hours with PB blaster and some taps by a plastic hammer. It was suggested that spraying a liquid lubricant into the cap as part of oil change schedule could prevent the problem.
My tractor is stored inside but it seems that some moisture was the culprit. It takes just a couple minutes to remove the cap. I have 260 hrs on the 2008 tractor.

Mine had become very hard to get into detent. A member here had experienced the same and posted, a year or two ago, the repair just about the same as yours. I had taken my cap apart and found a little moisture and corrosion. After cleaning everything, I coated the spring and rod with water resistent white lithium grease and also placed a good amount in the cap. I cleaned the mating surfaces of the cap and valve block and placed just a little silicone gasket sealer on these areas before assembly. It's been good for the past two years. I also did the same to the inner cap that works the curl.
