Mud Daubers do "take out" a lot of less than beneficial insects so I really do not care what their larvae do for dinner. I have mixed feelings about removing their nests and usually wait until the larvae hatch. It depends where those nests are made and what equipment those nests affect as to whether or not I remove them. I am less tolerant of more aggressive stinging insects
and have been known to utilize petroleum based pyrotechnical interventions on their nests
. There are safer but less exciting interventions available
