Dealer Dealing with Rude Dealers

Rogue, I'm not going to apologize for Kubota's total mismanagement of there parts system, I do that enough all day. If your dealer is willing to "eat" the expidite from Japan charge, that's pretty cool. He's taking care of you. He's already going to lose money from the ridiculous labor reimbursement He's going to recieve for the fuel tank change, and on top of it He's covering the frieght to get you your part in a timely manner. Not too shabby.

I am in the process of completing a sale with Tony at Ritenour's; I was wondering if I am getting a good deal and if they are a reputable dealer. I have found that they are very easy to deal with and worth the 60 mile drive.

I'm not looking for apologies. I said I'm happy with my dealer, what ever your reading in to my post, it isn't there. The perspective from the other side is good to hear, but I'm really not that upset. I don't need my tractor this weekend, Hell, if it doesn't start raining soon I won't ever need the tractor again!

I think they are a good dealer (rittenaur) but I will say that the people who live right next to them (and I know a few) drive 60 miles to buy from others. (Mainly on price)

I haven`t got a quote from them yet but will let them take a shot. They`re probably sixty or seventy miles away, quite a distance. Can`t` hurt to ask.
