I ended up going with a Titan 1606 with chains. I wanted something larger but was also torn with being able to get in tight areas. Also, with the property being newly purchased and me not knowing the land well, I'm going into this with the notion that I'll possibly tear the cutter up on rocks and stumps. I hope not but a $2800 Titan is a lot less expensive to replace than a 10' Brown/Woods/Rhino/Bush Hog.

Also, I looked at the used market but did not find anything that was a deal. They wanted almost as much as new.
I considered a titan as I have one of there box blades and very impressed.. Only problem is they have a very poor dealer network in South texas. The two dealers I spoke with weren’t too interested in selling a 12’ batwing..

Neighbor has a Titan. Has had it about 18 months. He is very happy with it.
