I have a dixon speedztr 44 and I can't get the deck to lower. I had this given to me. I've never used a zero turn. I can't get the deck to lower. The pedal moves but the linkages don't. Is there a safety feature on it or something? Thank you

The foot pedal part moves and nothing else

I think there is pin that can lock the deck in the highest position for belt or deck removal. Might have been pinned up for transport.

It's not even touching anything to make it hold it
