Got 2 or 3 inches of rain, took all the snow with it. Now pretty localized flooding going on. Going down to 15f and 4 to 6 inches of snow by tomorrow afternoon. Frost is all out of the ground, going to be a big freakn' mess.

Two nights in a row of -26 F in Warroad, MN. It's now a balmy 10 above and the locals are removing their hats to enjoy the sun. We don't have nearly as much snow as the southern half of the state, but that's alright. 12" is enough for now.

We had 16" of snow last week which fell on ground that wasn't yet frozen. That made the bottom layer of snow quite slushy.
It went above freezing on Saturday and rained Sunday morning. It turned colder Sunday afternoon and the rain switched to snow and the wet pavement turned to ice. We then got 11" on top of the ice. Over 500 schools were closed in this part of the state. We received another two inches last night and the rest of the week is to be partly cloudy.
Well I moved to New Mexico for a couple of reasons, one of them being the weather. Ten day forecast is for plenty of sunshine temperatures mid 50's with lows around 30F.
Just a jacket in the early mornings and good to go.
