I have not seen one anywhere. If you read back a ways many of the posts here will give you an idea of them. Most of the problems are quality control problems and not actual defects. They usually require the end user to tighten, adjust or change something on the tractor. The two you have mentioned seem to be the major ones. Another important one is the lugs on the wheels and making sure they are tight. Many people complained about the dash fogging and I have this problem too, but in my eyes it doesn't affect the function of the tractor and it's ability to perform so I have dismissed it.
