Honestly... who knows where this is going. BUT... consider the risks you take every day; waking up being #1, driving #2, perhaps flying #3, eating food from ANY fast food joint #4. Getting the picture now?

Ignore the wise cracks. This seems to spread by contact and that means getting hit by sneeze and coughing droplets. You can go out and do things. Stay away from others as much as possible. It is a numbers game. As more become infected, your chances get worse. The less contact, the less risk. For example....if 5% get infected, it would be stupid to go to church, or a restaurant etc.

I am in a very rural area. We are quasi preppers so not too worried. We have already started limiting trips into town

Some here will laugh at those who prepare, but nothing we are doing is money invested in things we will not use or need. We have at least 3 months of food and fuel. Looking at upping that.

EXACTLY as shooterdon says. I have an unlimited supply of food and water. The food part could get old after a while but it's still food and unlimited. Should electricity go by the wayside - fire up the wood stove.

"they" don't know how far this thing spreads in air.... SARS could jump between apartment buildings...

you do seem to be in a higher risk demographic. But what precautions have you used up to 2020?

Exactly......Practically speaking, it is a big joke for most situations.....especially rural.
When I was a kid, we had to hide under our school desks for an air raid warning.......a long ago big joke!

And always lay on the ground with your head away from the blast.
