The rokon is made in N.H., military in some foreign countries use them. The rims are hollow to carry water, fuel, etc. and add weight to vehicle. Polaris years ago made a diesel atv, but it was slow and didn't catch on except with farmers, others who didn't need a fast atv. plowking

i would hate to have to ride one of them things with no shocks or springs. I remember those polaris deisels it was very slow and very loud you needed ear plugs to drive it.
