A lot of tired out equipment at this auction, but I spotted something for anyone still waiting for the Y2K to klck in.

The rear engine Allis is an Allis Chalmers G.

I must be ready then I have an old post drill like that and a hand drive armature lathe to lol. Do you have any idea what what that Waldon loader brought They make a pretty good machine i operatate one for a friens scrap yard and a bigger one his brother owns for a sand and gravel lot.

They had two auctioneers going but it would have been at least a 4 hour wait for the machinery sales considering the rate of progress being made, so we cut out early.

Reason I went was to catch up with my favorite uncle. Check out the rack he welded up last winter for his new truck.

Great pictures Boone, thanks for letting us look at them. Those ol' timers are a far cry from today's CUT's thats for sure.

I looked around and didn't see any Allis C model for sale. I had an old time dairy farmer nieghbor that used a C for his place up til the end. I was always impressed by what he was able to do with the C. A whole different era to farming that I am sad to see go.

Here is a TLB, maybe a John Deere.

My first tractor was a Deere model A. It was fun, But I sure get a lot more work done with the little Kubota B7500.

Another Ford. This one has a trip loader with a manure bucket that was expanded to a full bucket. I don't miss this type of loader.

Spotted a flock of Turkey on the way home, across the field from my place. Nice to see the Turkey doing well in my area after the reintroduction.
