Time to rest the green and try to get some silver in that red (boat).

My wife would say that is not a garage. It's a toy shed.

My wife would say "when are you coming it?"

Yes, it is a great shop. 30X56, two 12' tall doors and one 14' tall. It even has a bathroom. I'm packing it up right now though. When we bought here that was the only thing I wanted. I just want my stuff under cover. The big fancy house I could do without. This is more of an estate and there really is no excuse to own a tractor.

I bought a wobbly box (that's what I call mobile homes) on a few acres with a shop and a barn. It's a fine speciman with a red wood deck and fake wood panel walls. The wife bought a condo downtown. We are both where we belong again. Though country boy falls in love with city girl makes for a good country and western song, it didn't seem to work too well for us in real life.

Garth,

Awesome piece of gear, the 4in1 is going to serve you well, that is for sure.

Only reason to raise the weight box would be if terrain dictated to keep it from bottoming out. You can even use large stones from your property in the box until to take time to get your sand. A few hundred pounds of stones from doing general clean-up , that you would do anyway, will certainly make a difference.

GrillGuard/BrushGaurd is also on my list, in fact, it's NEXT on my fabricate list. I've been loading woodchips into my trailer the past couple of weeks, and each time I get the nose close to the trailer, I say "Drat, shouldda built that grill guard already!"

Nice machine you got there, keep the pics coming!

I put 420 pounds of ready mix in the box with a box made out of treated 2X6's in the middle. I drilled a hole in the bottom to drain. The box is my holster for my 029 saw. Now I don't have to worry about running it over. I hope that should be enough weight. I haven't really felt too light more than couple of times with nothing in it.

My grille is going to cost $135. I'll buy one after I put a better grill guard on or after I am certain I can figure out how not to damage it. I've got a couple of friends that could probably fab one up for me if I don't want to spend the $ for the Deere one. Unfortunately, I have no talents as far as that goes.
