Hey everybody.
I bought a cushion valve from Surplus item #9-4019-50-L, for the auger attachment on my Bobcat 753, 14 GPM auxiliary system. It starts and stops really hard, even popping a hose once. I didn't realize when I purchased the cushion valve that they had 2 different pressure ranges. The valve I bought was for 500 to 1500 PSI range, and I'm thinking the other valve they had, which was 1500 to 3000 PSI range, was maybe the one I should have purchased. My question is, what would be the effects of the two different range valves and how would each act/react to the auger application I need it for. I'm a learning novice here, so if you're inclined to answer, just keep at 5th grade level. Ha Ha! Thanks a bunch guys. memphismark
