How do you know this? The study was done in the UK on a select number of people that had the virus before being administered the vaccine.I don't know how they can come up with a number when so many people supposedly had the virus without ANY symptoms...
They are not testing for antibodies before administering the vaccine...

A total of 947 healthcare workers across three hospitals participated in the study by self-reporting symptoms after vaccination. Of those, 265 participants had previously tested positive for the virus. "
