Dirty Kubota Fuel Tank

Resigned to the fact that I'll probably have to remove the tank and clean it properly. I'll drain it first and see if anything comes out

You may bring it out when you pump the fuel out of the tank , I would look real close if not I would stick a shop vac hose down into the tank to see if I could get it that way.

I think that's likely what you'll have to do. The shape of the tank makes it about impossible to fish any debris out. I had the tank out of my BX22 years ago to fix tank port leaks. I don't remember it being a terrible job.

A shop vac works wonders when you have room to stuff a small hose in there.

Using a Mister Funnel along with a small RACOR turbine fuel filter with a 2 micron filter
works wonders to get rid of crap in the tank and water and you can bypass the kubota
supplied filters completely to keep the fuel pump and mule very happy.
