I have at least 15 Starbucks locations within a 10 minute driving radius from the farm and about the same number of Tim Hortons.....

I neither love nor hate the situation. Im blessed to have my own “haven” (lived on the property my entire life)

Years ago I was offered a promotion job in KC. I turned it down. When asked why, I said because I will not spend valuable life time in rush hour traffic. He said how far you drive now? I said 22 miles. He said you don't have rush hour traffic in that distance? I said nope, I meet four vehicles on my way, I know the drivers by name and we wave at each other. I have one stop sign and one stop light to go thru. If I'm lucky I hit the light on green. He said you wouldn't like this job location.

I understand how you feel. I’ve NEVER driven to work. Woke up on the job site every morning for 68 years. Well, okay there may have been the occasion where I woke up and had to drive home...

I drove 42 miles one way and it would take me two hours each way, did it for 27 years in MA, one day I looked outside and said to myself what a waste of life driving four hours a day to get to and from work.. I quit and moved north, no traffic here, to **** cold...

I drive to MA to visit family now and again, the traffic is horrible..

I like that Hayes blade with the rippers on it. I could use that. My problem is that I have a lot of buried stumps just under the surface being cleared ground.
I have a lot of small rocks that seem to pop up after rain. (Whenever that happens) It has been many months since we had any. Promise of a storm in a couple of days. Let us hope.

Mine also has the wheel, the downside is the tube is made from that5 cheap and nasty oriental rubber that is somewhat rather reluctant to hold air for any length of time, very porous this stuff they make.
I doubt it i9s the rain that makes the rocks appear, it's little meteorite showers and they are worth a fortune, you just need to exploit it
