I need 4 14.9-24 tires. Where can I get them without spending $3200?
Thanks for the great link. And ST offers discounts for.If you can change them yourself, I've bought several sets through SimpleTire. They offer free delivery to your door normally in 3 days. They don't offer inner tubes, but I can get those locally. I've been happy with what I have gotten, considering the price.
Here's a link to SimpleTire, and I've already selected the 14.9-24 Ag. tires. 67 different one's to choose from, many being 6 ply ratings. https://simpletire.com/tire-sizes/14.90-24
Or delivered to the Ag or Truck Store locally with the equipment to install the tires. So S W E E T. OK, this is bookmarked under my Ag Parts folder now.If you can change them yourself, I've bought several sets through SimpleTire. They offer free delivery to your door normally in 3 days. A local shop I buy truck/trailer tire, or a single tractor tire through charges a pretty penny to change tires bought somewhere else, or depending on the mood he's in, tells them to get them where they bought them, knowing they bought them online. I have got some good deals buying single tractor/backhoe tires through him as it seems there was only one left in the warehouse, he gets them through. Usually get the tubes through him too, can't beat his price, and they are Firestone tubes, although sad to say they are now made in China too. But heavier than one's I've gotten at other placesOr delivered to the Ag or Truck Store locally with the equipment to install the tires. So S W E E T. There is a Truck and Farm tire shop up in Monroe, WI. You can get tires thru them or bring your own in.
Thanks a bunch!
Do you have a shop that sells truck and heavy equipment tires? Check with them. They are usually much cheaper than tractor dealers and they can order most anything. Thanks, I was afraid that these discount online places were scams. I've always bought tires locally but I guess those days are gone.
No, unfortunately no truck or heavy equipment shops. Heck, we lost our only muffler shop 6 months ago (and we have 20k population yet we keep losing good businesses and get more cell phone, fast food, and dollar stores).Do you have a shop that sells truck and heavy equipment tires? I don't remember buying any though them. Thanks, I was afraid that these discount online places were scams. I've always bought tires locally but I guess those days are gone. Is tires-easy.com a decent company? Has anyone dealt with them?
The cracks go all the way through to the tube, continue all the way around (anymore cracking will have it unfold like a book), and flaps hang off it and get caught on stuff- so no, I can't save them anymore. My farm has a lot of very marshy areas and I don't want to lose a tire in a spot where I wouldn't be able to jack her up or so stuck, I can't drag her out.Why do you need tires to begin with? I have found that you can have a hell of alot of dry rot cracks and still hold air in a tube.
I have a NH that the liquid filling inside the tire is actualy seeping out of the tire, theres no tubes. I recently got a puncture in these 23yr old tires (date coded for 2000) and if I didnt I wouldnt be putting a tube in them.
