Disposable gloves for disposable oil........

I've taken to using the cheap cloth gloves with the palm side covered with some kind of rubber/vinyl. The palm side is oil & grease proof while the back side can breathe. The cheap ones are a bit thicker than the yellow kitchen sink type gloves with the layer of cloth & vinyl. No issues pulling them off or trapping sweat in like the disposable ones.

I bought this pair of Liberty gloves 3 days ago in the first link, and they already showed up, that was fast but they went down $.50 now. I used them two years ago and seem to hold up good, I use the old link I posted and they was still on ebay. they'er not as pretty as those green gloves in a previous post link, might try them next time, but that will be a while because for some strange reason they sent me two boxes, must be my lucky day.......... Oh and thanks for posting links.

I just recently found a solution to the "sticker glove / sweaty hand" syndrome..... I used my little air nozzle tip just under the glove cuff, shoot a couple of blasts .... Blows the glove up like a balloon and my hand comes right out! (A few times blew it across the shop). I was doing a project where I was staining only a couple of pieces of wood, cutting the next pieces and staining, etc... I would have gone though a dozen pairs. After trying the air nozzle, only used one more pair.

I can actually use the air to help getting the "wet" gloves back on fairly easy. Give it a try!
I will sounds like that might work, let's see blow into the glove and not the skin, think I can remember those complicated instructions........

COSTCO . Nitrile exam gloves. Something about latex rubber or the powder makes my hands break out. I've used them for over ten years. Gone thru a box and a half - 150 gloves/box. Only ripped a couple when putting them on. Hands were too damp - gloves stuck and ripped.

I will usually put two gloves on each hand. Especially when greasing the tractor. Exam gloves aren't exactly designed for tough work. Doubled up will last thru the entire job.

I made the mistake of buying 5mil, 7mil, and 9mil nitrile gloves from HF. Price is right. Now I have a hard decision (not quite like a woman) of what to wear!

Latex allergies are uncommon but not super rare. I'd bet on a latex allergy over an allergy to the powder. Use to be talcum powder, but it seems they are finding it's a little safer than asbestos, which isnt the safety bar you want them using for stuff you often inhale.
