One of those boxes of 100 nitrile. Yeah, they'll tear. Just rip off, throw some baby powder on the hand, and replace.

I like the two highest grades of nitrile gloves from Harbor Freight.

Sometimes I take extra produce bags from the supermarket. Put them on my feet, so I can make my way to the shower if I have really dirty feet. Or use them and shopping bags just to grab something greasy. Like a ten second job, hardly worth gloves. Then turn the bag inside out and you have your messy item like an old filter contained.
