I don't know if the cab model is different, but on mine there's a plate in the floorboard that can be unbolted once the floor mat is removed. The valve is accessible, but the cable end caps are hidden behind a couple of hoses. On mine, each cap is held by 4 screws, and some of the screws are pretty hard to reach. There is another thread on here somewhere where someone posted pictures of his valve, and the caps were held by 2 screws each, and they looked easier to reach.
There are 2 Kioti dealers within an hour's drive of me. Interestingly, one of them is also a Landini dealer and he said they use a lot of the same parts. This part is available faster and cheaper through Landini.
It sort of makes me nostalgic for the old tractors that had the loader valves mounted on the fender and the handle was part of the valve.
