Gmol, I think something MUST be wrong, because I've used a Woods on a DK55, 65S and 45S, and didn't notice they were slow at all. Even at full RPM you're crawling?
Are you sure you don't have any levers partially engaged that should be, like for the rear remotes? No mix of draft/position control set funky or something? I know, I'm grabbing at straws, but I hate that your having a bad time.
Did you switch the curl and dump connections for the raise and lower to see if they slowed down and the curl/dump sped up? That could help you isolate.
