Price Check DK35 2006

I have a DK 35 with a frame mount Woods 8 ft backhoe that has a manual thumb. 1000 hours. I no longer have a use for the Backhoe. I talked to a couple of people and was told that that it might be better to sell it as a TLB and buy another tractor. What do you guys think I can get for it out right, vs trade-in

There aren't many used backhoes available and they retain their value well. I think you'll do well selling the backhoe by itself, but a new tractor is more fun.
