It's hard to believe the charge of 3 hrs for a dealer to replace a glass door. I'm old and I installed one on a Kuboto(very similar) with the aid of another person in 30 minutes.

You forgot the two and a half hour coffee break.

30 minutes to remove the hinges, the door frame, handle, new hinges, news door frame, new windows and handle... replacing the interior..

cant believe 30 minutes... but 2-3 hours is a little high. i'm sure I could do it in 1hrs30 without rushing. but that was the quoted... and they charged 3 hours finally.
