LOL - I just saw your reply to my post....:laughing: We are twins...I go through the same as you posted with my crane...I will get him one day or he will get me...It reminds me of that movie with the 2 brothers that inherited their uncles mansion and a mouse destroyed the mansion and them....:laughing:
I have a new tactic. I'm a member of the Ohio Fast Draw Assc. We have fast draw competitions with real guns, shooting wax bullets. I shoot a Vaquero in .45 LC cal. The wax bullet is propelled by a 209 shot shell primer only. Last night I staged up in my garage with the back door cracked open and waited for him. He showed up within 30 minutes and I popped him from about 20 feet. It made him stumble just a bit, then as usual, he was up and out again. Just about an hour ago, I let him have it again. I'm hitting him in the wing on his side, so there is no danger of it killing him. It's just giving him a good wallop, but he is still coming back. Hoping he'll get the idea sooner or later. I guess hunger will drive any animal to take great chances.
