The sun isn’t under the earth all the time. Just in case it wasn’t clear I’m having fun making up stupid answers for the flat earthers.

Their example of daylight and darkness was terrible. Maybe the whole top side of the earth is light at once and the sun goes under the earth at night. After all you’ve never been one both sides of the earth at once to prove it’s light and dark.

That is what they believe, but even if you’re dumb enough to believe the sun is like a spotlight it still doesn’t explain the moon. That’s why I made up the better theory above. Someone can get me my astronomer award now.

Why do you, in the Northern Hemisphere, see the "Big Dipper" constellation and the North Star whilst I, in the Southern Hemisphere, can't see them?

Why do I, in the Southern Hemisphere, see the "Southern Cross" constellation and you North Hemispherical residents cannot?

AND, at the same time, you see the constellation "Orion" standing on his feet whereas I see him doing a hand-stand?!?
