THAT IS NOT A LINK TO A LAW ,PURPLE PAINT OR OTHERWISE. That is blatant spam.
Your link is to your real estate agency and any words mentioning purple paint are your thoughts NOT words from Texas penal code. I'm insulted you think we are too stupid to see through your attempt at getting free advertising and mis-leading folks to boot.
Could just be an honest mistake and fell prey to the trap laid by the real estate company?

I forget what my dad was reading on his notebook, but he couldn't believe it as he asked me about it. I took a look at the headline, couldn't believe it myself, and low and behold, after a little digging, it was nothing more than an ad laid out to look like news.

You know what they say, if it's written on the internet, it has to be true ;)

Being the father of 2 NCAA athletes, I can tell you that is a shameful organization.
Your kids are treated like toys
Luckily you aren't the parent of one of the players on the NC state baseballs team.

NCAA is nothing more than a hypocrisy that has power and is in business to make money.

Like other organizations, the creation of the organization was with good intentions, but as the organization grew with more men and more money, it lost its way and became about more about the money and the "power".

IM JUST KIDDING! 99% of what i say is to see what kind of reaction i get, probably a bad habit.

My nephew is in the NFL. He went from....undrafted to practice squad to back up, then back to practice squad, then sent home!, then back to back up then....starter!

Lots of injuries in that line of work.

The local news was making a big deal out of him and honestly, it was a hoot seeing his face on the mega tron tv at the stadium and seeing him on the news.

I'm pretty close to his entire family so.....i suggested that if he wants to be the most famous person in the USA, for about 5 minutes, he take a knee during the star spangled banner.

NCAA is on its last legs. The only money it makes now is the basketball tournament. It was out of football playoffs long ago.

The basketball tournament makes all the money - but NIL is there as well and NCAA (due to its poor leadership) is done.

Sooner than later the Power Conferences will ban together and run their own playoffs. They also see all the money available.

Contracts have to expire first. Then they move.

So, is this true or to get reactions?🤣

Is the National Anthem even played on TV anymore before pro sports? I stopped watching.

Honestly, I have no clue, just seems to be the writing on the wall from what I've seen that correlates your comments.

We use to go to some local Wake Forest football games for scouts, always found it a fun time (except the NC state game where traffic was a PAIN in the butt).

Just seems that some people tend to go crazy over their sport teams and I kind of laugh to myself when fans start trash talking each other and they aren't even playing the game.

I don't see any pre game antics.

What I see is people making a big deal over nothing because they want to make it something, and the news uses it as tool like anything else.

I also don't think pro sports is hurting for money.
Pre game antics like kneeling in protest? Wearing socks with pigs on them to protest police? Pregame antics like the entire Steelers football team except ONE player not coming out of the locker room for National Anthem?
You definitely aren’t watching if you haven’t heard/seen that pre game nonsense.
Moreover, why can one player wear pigs on his socks, which IS a uniform violation of the NFL btw, yet another team like the Dallas Cowboys, not wear symbols to support the country?
Its the hypocrisy that bothers me as much as the hating symbols and actions.
These guys are making fantasy money to give a big middle finger to the country. That bothers me.

Yep, agree. And if my kids want to continue to play their sports, they have no choice.
