"Do as I say, not as I do." You might want to get checked for diabetes next time you see your doctor. I sweat gallons....even more when I indulge in my passion for good beer. I have a family history of diabetes and should be checked, and I think excessive sweating is one of the possible tags for that. Do I get checked? Heck no! Those danged saw bones will find something and try to make me take some medication I don't plan to take.

Go to your doctor and get a check up. My brother started sweating buckets with little activity. He finally went to the VA for a check up. They didn't let him leave he had to have emergency triple by-pass. He told me he really didn't have any chest pain.

But,when you start taking pills,[I take blood pressure pills] they all have bad effects and hopefully,good effects,,,but effects,I wouldn't take any unless you really need them.[I had nurses scratching their heads and triple checking years before I started taking them]

When you go for a checkup have them check your thyroid out. I was like you cold didn't bother me and i didn't sweat much. I haven't been to the doc. for awhile and out of pills, sweat like you. When I have the pills its not bad, but hate taking pills of anykind.

I use to sweat even in the winter... I got diagnosed with Celiac Disease last year... Changed my diet (Gluten Free) and now the excessive sweats are a thing of the past...

I don't sweat but since i turned 35 i've had trouble with blood pressure,prostate,menieres and other ear related problems .
I 'm lighter and fitter than i've ever been yet have the odd day where i just feel like $#!t ?

Hot is a relative term and your tolerance for it can vary depending on where you are from within the country but we've been in the mid nineties here in Jersey with for a while now and the humidity has been high. My neighbor asked me if I would remove a large limb that came down just a few feet from the back of her house. Yesterday wasn't the best day for that kind of work but that was the day I said I'd do it. Real cold Gatorade helps. :thumbsup:

I'm not a Doctor, but a sudden change in your sweats can be an indicator that your body may have a Health Issue....

I'm pretty sure we're both right captain. Heat can be a serious threat to the elderly as well.
