People are VERY finicky about mowing with stripes, or uneven deck height during mowing.
the mower shown in the video uses the machine tires to gauge mower height.

Allowing the axle to vary that much will cause ALL types of mowing problems.
The system would work on a machine like My Gravely 24G, the mower deck runs on independent wheels.

Mow with the mower on a hillside, you will see the problem instantly,,,

The Wheel I'm showing here has only been seen to improve cut quality, but thanks for the input!

To be honest though, the main purpose of this isn't even about cut quality, it's about ride quality and comfort, without a detriment to quality of cut.

I see now. That makes more sense, I thought you were focusing in on the rear wheel more than the front. Looks interesting.

I think this is a great idea, well done. I wish you guys the best of luck. When would you be ready to sell them?

Hopefully in a month or so, but it depends on whether or not we can get the costs down low enough, but molds are expensive for us, as we're making this out of our garage ha, hence the gofundme link

It looks to me like you're effectively retrofitting a suspension onto a tractor that doesn't have one. I would try to answer the question, "why don't tractors have suspensions?" before proceeding much further.

Nope! Simply eliminating the problem at the source, rather than treating the symptoms later down the road. It works just fine with existing suspension as well.

May also try posting this over a lawnworld where the lawnmower guys hang out. they will give your their opinions good or bad. Several professional repair people and landscapers there.

Granted, there are a LOT of GoFundMe pages out there, but I've seen them take money for a lot worse things than starting a small business!

I think its inventive. I can see these being very good on boogie wheels like zero turns or other equipment. Things with fairly even loads. I can see them getting a little wonky on main axles that provide lateral stability. Hillsides, variable loads, etc will be a challenge.
