FWIW I never received a questionaire from Kubota after I bought my B2410 (in February 2001). Kubota Credit has been really good about cashing my checks in a timely fashion, though /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif.

I purchased a BX22TLB in July 2002 and I received the 4 page questionaire and a second questionaire regarding the dealership I bought the tractor from. Sounds like consistency may depend on your dealership.
