Does this blade look bent?

Thanks for the replies. It is my blade, it is not bent. It has a little play in the tilt pin and the park stand is making it look like that. I just wanted to see what you guys thought. I have it on craigslist and it is not getting much attention. I thought people may think it is bent by the pictures.

If you are looking to purchase this blade, I assume that the price is right. There is nothing wrong with the blade or hitch, the tilting to one side is just the slop in all the moving joints being supported off center by the support stand. Some are tighter than others and may not tilt quite as bad, but this is std and that blade looks good to go to me. ;)

OOOOOPS, slow post on my part. So did you clean and paint or just never used it? What price are you asking? There is a Land Pride RB3584 in my area for $525, looks to be in fairly good shape, just never cleaned up. :(

Roger,
Looks like you could replace the bolt with a pipe sleve in the 3" tube and incorporate some zerk fittings.
Obviously the blade is designed to move outside the wheel track by adjusting the link.
Did there used to be a cylinder there?
Looks like an easy fun project.

I was going to ask you why the pop-quiz.
But I don't mind playing along.

Yeah, but it does put a damper on it.

It would have been nice to know the intentions before trying to help someone. But, then, I would probably have passed.

I understand.
But an astute camera operator would have taken a photo that would have hid the affect to begin with.
Sorry Roger.:D

I purchased it new. It was yellow. It had been sitting around for a few years and the paint had faded and it looked bad so I painted it to match the Bobcat. It is like new. I am asking $825. I sent Ken Sweet a PM and he said my price was inline. He said that this is the slow time of year for selling implements. I guess I am just impatient. I though some snow may help sell it and we got snow Monday and are getting some now and a chance of snow on Saturday. I think the average person is just happy with a cheap blade that they will bend the first time they use it. I would just like to sell it so I can upgrade some other stuff. I had a guy that I know that was interested in it but he said he thought it was to heavy for his tractor:rotfl:, a Mahindra 3616. That $525 sounds cheap to me on the LP RB3584. I like buying stuff and cleaning it up and painting it.

You can get add cylinders to it instead of the screw jack.

I understand.

Maybe I need to get a "trick camera":confused3: I'll take some pictures making it set level after it quits snowing and put them on craigslist.

The guy with the 3616 is missing out, :( it would be a great blade for that tractor. ;)
