That person doesn't have a clue what there in for. I'm just glad I'm nowhere around him when he starts to tow, hope no one gets hurt or worst.

Lets just pray that he won't get in a wreck as it will be the other party that will suffer. Very foolish !!

Only people in the state up north would do such a thing. Probably a Michigan grad.

IDK whats that little BX of a garden tractor weigh?

whats the towing capacity of the Element?

that load vs all the equipment i see half hazardly tossed on the back of some ratty old beat up dual axle landscape trailer with one 1" strap....

Looks like that trailer would have a carrying capacity of about 1800 pounds, the vehicle is rated at 1500 pounds. Not sure what the tractor model but with fel and mower and whatever is hanging off the back would guess about 2200 lbs. Tires look fine, tie-down job is better than many commercial I see, trailer deck is reinforced with track under tires, the vehicle is sitting well and doesn't appear to be suffering excess tongue weight which maybe evidence of improperly proportioned trailer weight. The guy seems to know what he's doing or at least done a little research, though not legal, with careful three steps ahead type non-highway driving I wouldn't anticipate any problems.

A lot of things here I see as not ideal, however my biggest concern would be the weight distribution behind the trailer's axle. Can't tell if that ballast box is full or not.

This makes me less nervous (if he keeps the speed down) than the guy driving 70-75 MPH because he thinks his "big rig" will "save" him even if he screws up. I grew up on a farm and if you weren't loaded to capacity you were making to many trips. If the man is going coast to coast I would opt for bigger equipment.
Recently got put in the ditch by a man driving a 3/4 ton diesel pick-up towing his toy tractor and passing me (I was running 65 the posted speed limit) with oncoming traffic. I don't advocate overloading, but judgement needs to kick in here somewhere.
