I can only hope so hahahahha, now i need to find a filter, the napa guys are looking for me and affordable and circle g dont have them, is there any were elese to ck or call

I think most (at least I did) replaced them with a 100 mesh cleanable/replaceable steel strainer. Requires a small mod.
There are other sizes available too, get the largest size that will fit.

I like the deadheaded hydraulic pump as the culprit, it fits the symptoms, kinda. Even if it ends up not being the problem it needed to be fixed anyway!

yea it needed to be changed for shure, now if i can only find a filter or a screen to fit it, i wonder if anyone in here that has a dong feng tractor knows were to get spare filters for the hyd system

My DF tractor uses an inline spin-on filter located on the suction side near the pump.

well i found a filter or I guess I should call it a screen, it calls for a metal strainer, I dont know how a paper filter got in there but I was told that these chinese tractors are like a box of choc you never know what your gonna get in there, hahah, it wasnt a bad price on the screen 24.50 but shipping was a killer 14.00 ouch

Not hijacking the thread, just thought I'd share the bad day I had yesterday. This is what a broken exhaust valve spring can do. Try now. This is just too weird.
