Door Glass

I'm not sure how many people are on this board any more. I'm pricing a few parts to repair my 5740C. The biggest part I'm looking for is a door glass, which I've found for $950 (they're gone up a little bit). Does anyone have a source that may be cheaper than this?

I think the only place to get door glass is from a dealer. All you could do is ask another dealer for a better price. That's a good reason why I got tractor insurance that covers glass. If you don't have separate tractor insurance could it be covered under homeowners?

When I broke the side glass on my tractor I went to a local glass shop and had one cut to fit. Way cheaper for me.
