What transmission comes on the M7040? I believe the Kioti requires clutching with every shift.
If transmissions are apples to apples, I would go with the Kioti (this is coming from a Kubota man)
Clutching on every shift isn't a problem for me in a farm tractor....if I were working a diary or concrete/sand yard, or any shuttle operation then yes I'd want at least a shuttle function with my geared tractor, but farming I seldom shift and when I do it's no big deal......but that works for me, others may not agree.
