If you have space to set up properly, you can maximize your efficiency. A lineup of blocks on one side and make a windrow of splits parallel to it a few feet away (at the end of the table). Have a 2x4 handy as a lever to "walk" the splitter down along the line (perpendicular to the wheel pull direction) and you can keep it moving pretty decently.
Unfortunately I don't have that nice flat space to work in...
If you have a helper that can bring the rounds to you, that would help a ton too. You need to move the splitter as it piles up at the end, but with a little thought you can make up for that. You'll get tired long before you'll wish you could feed it faster.
Beyond that, you'd need to get into some sort of conveyor system to feed rounds to the operator and to disperse the spits out the other end. But that's like production-level.
