Sure looks like an easy way to break something.
Further reading on a linked page finds that it is intended for light duty, but someone is sure to try digging a ditch with one.

"It is a blade (a bit like a cut-throat razor blade) on an articulated arm which extends out to the side of the vehicle and can be dexterously manipulated to scrape the leaves into small piles. Once you have scraped together the leaves, you retract the blade behind the front end loader scoop and go back along the road, picking up the piles with the scoop.

Neat idea but the loads that is putting on the loader arms if you catch a big root/rock would have to tweak something....
Seems like a break away/trip mecanism maybe worth while.

As Code54 said,not even sure I try that setup on snow banks.

A clever idea for industrial machines, but not appropriate for CUTs & SCUTs.
Also, very limited use - clearing debris from already dug ditches.
Using it for actual excavating would be an expensive "learning" experience.
Like bringing a knife to a gunfight.
For a heavy Ag tractor, an offsetting, heavy duty rear blade would be a better tool.
