No laws stop anyone from doing anything, if you think about it, so why have any laws???

The only power any government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren't enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.

Will the government require expensive nomax flight suits for personal drone operation just like government drone operaters? Why do air force drone operators wear expensive nomex flight suits at a gaming console?

Next you will have to take a training course and pass a flight test to buy one. You will have to renew annually so the gov can fund the new department created to run the program. Won't be long till everyone will work for the government to keep an eye on everyone else. Oh wait, isn't that what the old Soviet Union did and China and North Korea doing today?
Gun registration will be the next argument. "If we have to register drones' for safety why not evil guns."

It is amazing every drone that has crashed and was investigated the gov was able to track down the owner. So why the need to register an item that has a serial number and recorded at time of sale? Just more control.

Status.

I once watched a KC-10 pilot remove his unit patch from his flight suit before approaching our fighter pilots so they wouldn't know that he was 'just a bus driver' (can't think of any other reason he would have removed it).

T here are ALREADY laws to govern where drones can / can't be flown. Registration solves nothing, except penalizes the innocent, and empties their pockets even more. Over and out.

If they fly into my air space,, what's left, will belong to me !
Makes perfect sense.

Ignore government satellites that can read your license plate from space, the cell phone which broadcasts your location to cell terminals and GPS and sends Metadata to the NSA, EZPass transponders that record the date and time you pass anyplace that has a receiver, web browsers that report your personal data to any website you visit, and debit and credit cards that give your personal data to every store you visit, and all the private and government security cameras you pass every day (some of which may be fixed on your property).

Instead, worry about an overgrown toy that has a maximum range of a mile or so, has a very limited field of view and no focus capability, and probably doesn't have any live feed.

You'd better get radar or a jammer because they are small, unobtrusive and usually sky-colored so if someone really wants to see something on your property, they're going to do it at dawn, out of the sun, or at least when no one is in view. In other words, your search for the guilty will likely punish the innocent.

How many illegals have been reporting flying too close to aircraft?

I don't know, but 19 legal foreigners were on board four aircraft on 9/11/01.
