Dual Clutch Not working.

I've never given the underside of a Futian/Foton a close inspection. But I'd expect to find a weephole under the clutch housing. The three Chinese tractors I've had so far (2 Jinmas and a KAMA) all have one, to permit moisture/condensation to drip out rather than accumulate. Part of your remedial maintenance should include finding that weephole. Assuming it exists, it should be cleared of rust and debris as well.

thanks all for your comments, The only implement I have yet is a 4.6ft slasher so it was not a great deal of load (just heavy grass) I am not sure how much load to try without breaking something internal. I did find a weep hole with a split pin in it so i have cleared it, thanks for the tip. The manual I have is VERY basic and does not say much about anything.
I did internally adjust the secondary clutch and it felt a lot better, but it still wont stop the pto turning, I can see through the inspection hole that the pto clutch plate is seperating from the pressure plate, so is it possible for it still to be stuck somehow. I pray to god that I can find an awnser because breaking the tractor sounds very expensive.
