Dual Selective Control Valve (SCV) Lever alternative?

Not trying to be a smart "rear end".....but wouldnt it be easier to just wear pants?
I dont wear shorts to begin with no matter how hot it is...but even just from a safety point of view...there is probably nothing you should be doing with a tractor & shorts on....
Heat isnt the issue...if your hot with pants, crank the AC....

Per your picture you are not hitting the scv levers as they are located beside the draft lever. You are contacting the joy stick for the loader. The only thing to do is take it out and heat and bend. The bend in the lever was put there to prevent contact and it does for most people. If you do not have the equipment to bend it just take it to your dealer and they can do it for you.

The manual calls it what I did, I cut and pasted the label from the manual I downloaded.

Generally speaking I do yard work with full pants, but on the really hot days even with the shorts its warm in the cab even with the AC pumped up.
I was checking today to see if the seat could go back any further. An extra 2 inches there would help.

It may not cause a blister with pants, but my knee still bumps into it anyway when moving.

I've thought about cutting the shaft, threading the ends and putting a bolt extension in between, the extension if long enough would give me some clearance.

Without running out to look at my tractor...What would stop a person from removing the seat and drilling new mounting holes 2-3" more rearward on the cab floor? Moving the seat back to a comftorable position for you?

Seems that with the cab models you either get one thats cold or you dont...With full pants on, I can make it cold enough to bring down the fan speed...I'd check the roof gasket....common culprit..
