Just sent them a note! I would think he could at least sue for lost income from the show - of course he might be getting a paid suspension. Also who knows what kind of contract was signed before even doing the show - he might have signed away any rights he might have had.
I dropped an email on A&E too; seems the only people that don't have 1st Amendment Rights anymore in this country are Christians!Sent them a little letter.
You know...I just don't see Phil suing anybody - especially over this.
Never have watched the show.....then again....I have found most reality shows to be trash. With that said.....I think this guy has a right to express his opinion.....he's just paying for it because he was under contract which protects the TV station. Fans do not need to worry........the backlash from this suspension will ensure that another network will soon air another show with ole Phil that caters to racist, homophobic and pseudo-religious beliefs. Hard to pass up those ratings........
