Steve, I use to work for a company that produced crushed limestone, among other things. We did not sell boulders because it did not seem profitable. But there was plenty of them around after blasting. We had some people that wanted some bad enough they were willing to use their own machinery and people to load them, and pay us a good price beside. It seemed like some good easy money, so it was taken to the companies legal eagles. They said that those who wanted the boulders should provide insurance that would cover them while on our property removing the boulders. It was for some huge amount like 10 million dollars worth. A couple of outfits took them up on it. We kept an eye on them, but they got their boulders and no one was hurt. Just thought this was interesting, because it is simular to your situation. Your agent gave you good advice.
