Dump Trailer Connection Options

/ Dump Trailer Connection Options #11
Would never ever do that kind of load to a loader, you are sure to spring it with lateral loads, plus the weight on the front end, plus the unstability.

You said you are loading the trailer with a skid loader, now you say with the backhoe?????

Anyhow, they make 3pt attachment plates for the front end quick-taches. You can use one of those, with a reciever hitch on it. Would be one way to go. You'd be looking at cat 2 size stuff I'd think.....

For the hydraulics, you will need to couple & uncouple the lines each time you hook & unhook the trailer. I'd think hooking up an electric line to keep the trailer battery charged would be simpler for that frequent of a deal. If you had the trailer safely hooked up tot he drawbar, I'd like direct hoses over the weaker electric setup too, but gets more complicated with the pushing idea.

Yea, I'm not a fan of your plan & sure hope you reconsider, but hope I offered some ideas as well. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
